1. Employees are extremely happy with the new way of working & mobile app. Within 3 months, 400 Employees are using Mobile App 2. Corporate HR now spends 60-70% less time on payroll related activities 3. Impact on Productivity: Employees used to take a gate pass and visit corporate HR for queries which are now resolved via phone 4. Reduction in paper usage Employees used to fill multiple paper slips for Leaves, OD, Gate Pass . These are now replaced with online apps 5. Leakage points have been plugged for ex – Absconding or resigned cases from plants not getting reported and salary getting paid 6. Realtime Visibility into discipline of each plant, accuracy of pay-outs such as overtime, incentives, arrears etc 7. Completely Variable Cost of HR Function including Attendance and Payroll are based on number of Employees.
